A Time For Thanks
A picture of fall trees because what’s more to be thankful for than the beauty of nature?
Editor’s note: This post will continue to evolve as I do.
Welcome, friends, whether you come tired, grateful, or somewhere in between. Welcome on in.
This time of year has always meant more to me than food or tradition. It’s a season that asks us to pause. To reflect. To remember where we’ve been, and notice where we’re quietly heading.
The past few years? Let’s just say they reshaped everything. Some endings were loud, others quiet. A few caught me by surprise. Others I chose. Merely out of instinct. Something in me knew it was time to step away and to make room for what hadn’t arrived yet.
There were moments when everything felt unrecognizable. And yet, beneath it all, I found something unexpected. A stillness. A pulse of clarity I hadn’t heard before.
So, I followed it.
Through long drives with no destination. Silent afternoons with bus and canvas. Books I got lost in. Paths I walked to clear my head. Slowly, things started to feel different. Not fixed, but alive.
This season, there’s a silent gratitude settling in. The kind that doesn’t need to be shouted. The kind that lingers in presence, in small wins, in showing up when it’s easier not to.
And to share a piece of that presence, I’m offering a small GIVEAWAY:
From today, Wednesday, November 26th, 2025 to Wednesday, December 7th, 2025, I’ll be raffling off an original piece called “Winter Celebration.” It’s open to folks in the United States and U.S. territories for now (hoping to go international in the future!).
To enter, just like the post “A Time For Thanks” post, either on Instagram Inspire.Those.Who.Inspire.You or itwiy.art or on Inspire Those Who Inspire You Facebook page. Choose the platform that works best for you and just like the post. From there, you’ll be entered for the raffle.
But before we depart and enjoy the holiday, I just want to say to everyone who has walked beside me, thank you. Whether we’ve known each other for a while or we just recently crossed paths, your presence matters more than you know.
Wishing you all a heartfelt (and a delicious feast) this Thanksgiving!
As a signature of my blog, I’d like to end this post with a suggestion to “Pass on kindness.” There’s no time like the present to Inspire Those Who Inspire You. Acts of kindness, no matter how big or small, can have a direct, positive impact on someone else. Go out there today and change someone’s life for the better!
