New Week, New Me

Editor’s note: Originally written on January 7th, 2019. This post continues to evolve as I do. It’s updated to reflect growth, gratitude, and perspective gained since then.

Welcome, curious hearts and steady minds.

What’s the start of a brand-new week without setting some fresh intentions? For me, that means working through self-doubt and giving myself more grace. I can be my own toughest critic with overthinking, second-guessing, and holding everything to a perfectionist’s standard. But I’m learning to take it one step at a time, trusting that with patience, things will align.

So here’s to small wins, steady growth, and showing up for ourselves.

My question for you: What’s one goal you’re setting for yourself this week? Share below, I’d love to hear.

As a signature of my blog, I’d like to end this post with a suggestion to “Pass on kindness.” There’s no time like the present to Inspire Those Who Inspire You. Acts of kindness, no matter how big or small, can have a direct, positive impact on someone else. Go out there today and change someone’s life for the better!

I write to make sense of the mess, to find meaning in the mundane, and to honor the beauty in being fully human. Inspire Those Who Inspire You is my love letter to those who’ve felt too much, hoped too hard, and dared to keep going anyway. You’re not alone here—and that matters.
